This is more than just a new website. It’s a milestone — and a love letter to the first year of building my fulltime coaching practice.

When I started Career with Mel, I treated it as a proof of concept. Frugality was a core value. I wanted to see how far I could go with nothing but a laptop, a solid Wi-Fi connection, and the skills and experience I’d built over the years.

A year later:
